Spada is not a regulated financial product, investment platform, or financial instrument. Mass Quantitative Limited does not:

• Execute trades or place orders in prediction markets or any other market on behalf of users
• Provide personalised investment recommendations or financial planning advice
• Operate as an investment firm, credit institution, collective investment scheme, or electronic money institution

Nature of Spada's Output

Spada aggregates and analyses publicly available data from prediction market platforms. The signals, charts, AI-generated briefings, and other outputs produced by Spada are:

• Derived from historical and real-time market data
• Generated by algorithmic and artificial intelligence processes
• Provided for informational and research purposes only
• Not verified, endorsed, or approved by any regulatory authority
• Not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or timely

No output from Spada should be construed as a recommendation to take any particular action in a prediction market or any other market. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.
